Collab-RT Realty is committed to making our digital properties usable by everyone, regardless of ability. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and test the site regularly using automated tools (axe-core) and manual review.
What we do
- Semantic HTML5 and proper heading structure on every page.
- Keyboard navigation support — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
- High-contrast text and sufficient tap targets on mobile.
- Alt text on every listing photo, auto-generated and human-reviewed.
- Support for browser zoom up to 200% without loss of function.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion— animations suppress when you've asked your OS to reduce motion. - Automated accessibility tests run on every page before each deploy.
Known gaps we're working on
- Some MLS-provided listing photos may lack detailed alt text; we generate alt text with AI and correct inaccuracies as they're reported.
- Interactive map search relies on mouse/touch — we're building an accessible list alternative.
